Over the past 15 years, John has brought countless deals to fruition including the land Assemblage for thousands of new construction residential units, numerous mixed use buildings and has successfully completed lease and sale negotiations with a wide variety of tenants on Staten Island. His expertise lies in project planning / design and large scale land acquisitions, via both private sale and RFP.
Most recently, he and his team have been engaged to serve as a developer’s representative and consultant in the acquisition and planned development of the former Homeport site on the Stapleton Waterfront. The initial phase of Navy Pier will contain approximately 870 residential rental units and 30,000 Square Feet of Retail Space.
John also serves as leasing and marketing representative and development consultant for Empire Outlets, at the Staten Island Ferry Terminal. The complex will include approximately 350,000 Square Feet of Outlet Shops, a 30,000 Sq. Ft. Food and Beverage Deck and 200 key hotel.
