About
John Nicholson has been a Realtor on Sanibel and Captiva Islands since 1983. Originally from Ohio, John came to the islands in 1962 with his family on vacation. After graduating from high school in 1977, John moved to Fort Myers and attended Edison Community College, where he received his Associate of Arts Degree and played collegiate golf.
John is an avid golfer and was also the assistant golf professional at South Seas Island Resort in 1980. He and his wife Teresa have been married for 32 years. They both enjoy traveling, spending time on the island beaches, and bike riding!
John has sold every type of real estate in the area; vacant land, residential estates, single family homes, condominiums, commercial buildings and multi-family developments.
