About

John is a Senior Director in JLL’s Orange County office and joins the firm after JLL’s acquisition of HFF in 2018. He has been involved in over $2 billion in commercial real estate transactions throughout his career. He focuses on structured finance & special situations and has experience arranging: joint-venture equity and mezzanine capital; transitional and construction financing; A-notes; credit facilities; and, participating mortgages. He has also advised on buy- and sell-side note sales, as well as raised joint-venture equity for distressed debt acquisitions. Prior to JLL, John worked in an acquisitions role investing joint-venture equity in middle-market developments. He started his career as a legislative assistant for a senior member of Congress working on transportation, infrastructure and water resource issues.
