John Marshall is an Executive Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield since July 2022. John brings a deep understanding of the South Florida market having spent the last 26 years transacting deals across the region. Prior to rejoining Cushman & Wakefield, John was a Managing Director of JLL Brokerage for seven years and was a Managing Principal of Cresa South Florida for five years.
