November 1994, joined Goodman Segar Hogan Hoffler in the Brokerage Division as Vice President, Industrial Properties. 1990 - 1994, Senior Vice President and Marketing partner with Ellis Development Company (a regional commercial/industrial developer headquartered in Virginia Beach, Virginia). Directed marketing program. During this period, the firm developed and leased over one million square feet of office and industrial space in the Hampton Roads area. 1984 - 1990, Vice President, Industrial Properties at Goodman Segar Hogan.
