With over 25 years of real estate sales consulting experience, John brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his home buyers and sellers. Over these years he has sold all types of real estate from single family homes to large commercial buildings and everything in between. He also specializes in condo conversions and 1031 tax deferred exchanges.
Not only is John a Real Estate Broker, but he has also been a Massachusetts Certified Real Estate Instructor since 2002. Over the past 19 years, John has helped hundreds of students successfully pass the Massachusetts State Licensing test. For more than 12 years, John taught many continuing education classes not only for himself, but also for the Eastern Middlesex Real Estate board. Specializing in "Conducting Open House Safety". John has conducted many Realtors safety classes through the state.
On a personal note, John loves his family and is very proud of his two daughters. It brings him great joy watching how his two daughters have grown over the years and he is very proud now that they are in college. John feels blessed to have a great family and to work in an industry that allows him to help people fulfill their dreams.
