In this role, John is responsible for sourcing development and investment opportunities nationwide and overseeing recruitment, business development, and strategic solutions for healthcare real estate owners, users, and investors throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metro. John has been active in healthcare real estate since 2004. John joins Transwestern from Stream Realty Partners where as Managing Director, he established the company’s healthcare division and was responsible for leasing a 2.1 million square foot of medical office portfolio. Previously, he worked at Duke Realty Corporation as Vice President of Leasing where during his tenure, he oversaw leasing and business development. As a member of the development team, he developed 17 buildings totaling over 1,500,000 square feet of medical office and outpatient space, in addition to acquisitions of over 450,000 square feet. The portfolio sold in 2017 for approximately $1.5 billion.
