John Harris joined the Binswanger team in 2022 as a Senior Vice President within the commercial/industrial brokerage group. He is responsible for industrial and office sales, leasing, and corporate relationships throughout the Northeast. Based in NYC, he also works closely with the Binswanger Corporate Advisory Team on a national level. During his real estate career, John has established a diversified background representing buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in the tri-state market as well as nationally. A sampling of his past clients includes Tory Burch, Raymond James, the University of Texas, Crowe Global, Informa, DoorDash, Internova Group, Bustle Digital Group, iHeartMedia, ManpowerGroup, Russell Reynolds, and Clear Channel Outdoor.
