I entered the commercial real estate finance industry at Pergolis & Swartz Associates in 2005 as a CRE finance broker, sourcing and facilitating commercial debt on all asset classes. From advising and guiding emerging clients, to being retained by highly experienced multi-generational CRE investors, operators and developers, I became well versed in structuring various transaction types of debt, bridge, construction finance, multi-level note participations, and all “agency” class: Fannie, Freddie, HPD, HUD and CMBS. With well-seasoned experience, in April of 2011, I resigned from PSA to co-found HKS Capital Partners LLC with industry renowned veteran- Jerry Swartz and Ayush Kapahi. Over the years I’ve facilitated a tremendous amount of structured debt and construction financing for large scale developments nationally, with projects including intricate multi-residential and condominium towers, to multi-phase shopping centers, boutique and flag hotels, student housing complexes, to large scale suburban apartment communities.
