John joined The Woodlands office as an Associate in May 2022. John works with Tom Condon, Jr. and Michelle Soderberg in the Industrial and Land Services group. His primary responsibilities include managing overall brokerage activity for new land and industrial properties, site selection, gathering market information as well as improving property listings. John earned a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in psychology from Texas Wesleyan University. He played baseball for the University of San Diego, San Jacinto College and the University of Houston, where he led his teams to three different conference titles as well as a national runner-up finish in the 2016 NJCAA Baseball World Series. John has a wide array of experience that includes time selling cars for Chrysler in Indiana and Texas to managing the caddie program and outside staff operations at The Clubs at Houston Oaks.
