TRANSWESTERN ROLE
John Fulton leads the Industrial division for Transwestern’s Dallas office. Additionally, he is responsible for leasing and sales of low-rise office, high-tech, office/showroom, office/warehouse space and land in the Dallas/Fort Worth marketplace.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
John, who has been with Transwestern since 1985, entered the real estate business in 1979. He has leased or sold more than 15 million square feet of space in over 700 transactions exceeding $400 million in value. He has experience representing both tenants and landlords in lease and sale negotiations.
Prior to joining Transwestern, John served as vice president of marketing for Las Colinas Corporation. While at Las Colinas, John sold more than $300 million worth of land for development of corporate facilities, as well as office, high-tech, office/showroom and office/warehouse properties. Transactions included Hewlett Packard, Hitachi America, GTE, NCR and Standard Oil Corporation (Ohio).
