John joined Transwestern as the co-leader of the Industrial Occupier Advisory Group in 2019.
He spent the prior 20 years at NAI Partners where he was a main shareholder and lead the Industrial Division. He was a top 10 producer every year during that 20-year period. John specializes in all areas of industrial real estate including tenant and buyer representation, project leasing, property dispositions, build to suit projects, and investment sales.

Over John’s 25-year career, he has closed over 33,500,000 square feet of transactions with an aggregate value of 1.65 billion. John has received recognition by NAIOP, Costar, and Houston Business Journal as one of the top producing Industrial brokers in Houston. Some of his select clients include AEW, Bennett Motor Express, Brennan Investments, Fairfield Geotechnologies, Genentech, Hilcorp, Panattoni, Patterson UTI, and Prologis.
