John joined Atlantic in November of 2024 as an Analyst on the Capital Markets Team. He supports the team by conducting market research, underwriting single and multi-tenant assets, and helping with deal execution. John brings investment and real estate knowledge as well as a strong work ethic to the team. John received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business in 2024 where he played Varsity Lacrosse. Outside the office, John is passionate about tennis, golf, and cooking.
