Jonathan Danziger joined Avison Young as Principal of the Occupier Services Practice in May 2022. He leads a team of five tenant rep brokers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster their career success. With over 18 years of experience in tenant representation, Jonathan has a proven track record of developing and executing complex real estate strategies to achieve clients' business objectives. Prior to joining Avison Young, he served as a Principal at West, Lane & Schlager Realty Advisors, a boutique tenant representation firm in Washington, DC. He launched his career in 2004 at The Ezra Company, a major local tenant representation firm in Bethesda, Maryland, earning several accolades, including the Rising Star award. Jonathan earned his degree from the University of Cincinnati and currently resides in Washington, DC with his wife, two children, and rescue dog. In his leisure time, he enjoys exploring the city's dining scene and playing golf.
