John Bradshaw joined Northmarq in 2017 as senior vice president/managing director of the Salt Lake City regional office following the company’s acquisition of his firm, Western Realty Capital Advisors. In addition to leading the Salt Lake City office since 1996, he has also handled origination of approximately $2B in income property loans as a mortgage banker with correspondent lenders, insurance companies, banks, Wall Street firms and other financial institutions, and as a commercial bank real estate loan officer. He’s also negotiated and sold approximately $100M of institutional properties and joint ventures. John has more than 30 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry, beginning in 1983. His experience includes roles as vice president at BFD, analyst for Madison Realty Advisors, professor of Finance at University of Utah, vice president at Security Pacific Commercial Mortgage/Rainier Mortgage Company and principal/cofounder at North Coast Mortgage Company. John has a Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Utah and an M.B.A from Brigham Young University.
