John joined Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services in 2021, bringing with him 36 years of real estate experience - 24 years as a commercial real estate broker and 12 years in Title Insurance and Escrow. Formerly with CBRE for 14 years, John has been involved in numerous sale and lease transactions including office, industrial, and land. Within the last three years, he has worked with his partner, Harrison Laird, on five Office Building Sales in Tacoma totaling over $79,000,000. With over 3 decades of experience, John provides his clients with the highest level of support and service. He is proficient at providing investment analysis, lease negotiations, site selection, and market analysis. John participates with Habitat for Humanity locally and internationally. With Habitat Global Village, he participated in a build in Guatemala in 2013 and one in Budapest in 2016. Prior to that in 2001 and 2003, he did builds in Tijuana, Mexico through Amor Ministries.
