Joey Rippel is Managing Director of Investment Sales at Berkadia’s Houston office.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Joey was a senior director in the Houston office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and focuses primarily on multi-housing investment advisory throughout Houston and surrounding areas. While with HFF, he participated in approximately $4 billion of transactions closed by the Houston multi-housing investment advisory team.
Before his career in real estate, Joey was a professional golfer on the Adams Pro Tour. While completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Tyler, he worked at Alliance Residential Company.
