Joey joined Berkadia in 2023 as an Assistant Vice President, Originations. Joey has been directly involved in the origination and underwriting of more than $5 billion in multifamily transactions nationwide, originated through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, life insurance companies, banks and debt funds. Prior to joining Berkadia, Joey was an Assistant Vice President on the Multifamily Capital Markets origination team at Newmark and an analyst in the Real Estate Banking group at Wells Fargo where he was involved in originating construction, bridge, and permanent loans for various asset classes.
