Joel is a Managing Director within JLL’s Agency Leasing Group in Dallas. As Managing Director, he co-leads office leasing and management activities in the North Texas Region. Experience: Joel has been in the Dallas Office Market for over 30 years and has worked at CBRE, Bramalea, & LaSalle Partners prior to joining the Trammel Crow Company in 1995 as a partner, where he was involved with project leasing and office development. In 2002, Joel co-founded Peloton Commercial Real Estate; which specialized in leasing and managing office product in the major Texas markets. Before Peloton’s acquisition by JLL in 2019, Joel co-led the company which grew to 5 cities, 275 employees, over 25 million square feet of leasing, and a 15 million square foot management portfolio.
