Current Responsibilities
Mr. Lubin is responsible for preparing and implementing strategies to ensure that the Jones Lang LaSalle brokerage team secures the most significant industrial property assignments. Mr. Lubin maintains extremely close personal relationships for Jones Lang LaSalle with the key owners and developers of industrial properties such as Federal Business Centers – Peter Visceglia, President, Heller Construction – Brian Banaszynski , President and Prologis – Pete Crovo, SVP, Market Officer and Gene Reilly, President of North America Operations.
Experience
During his 25 year career specializing in industrial real estate, Mr. Lubin has leased or sold over one hundred million square feet of industrial facilities. Some of the more notable transactions were the leasing of 330,000 square feet to Cooper Tire Corporation in South Brunswick, N.J. for AMB Property Corporation, Barnes & Noble land sale and owner representation for 1,300,000 square foot distribution facility on 85 acres in Monroe, NJ, sale of 945,075 square feet for Electrolux in Edison, N.J., leasing of 390,000 square feet to John Wiley & Sons Publishing in Edison, N.J. for Heller Construction, and the...
