Joe Rubin specializes in the sale of multifamily properties throughout South Florida and the Treasure Coast. He has over a decade of experience in investment sales, business development and relationship management. Mr. Rubin’s strong commercial asset management and acquisitions background allows him to discern and execute client needs, while his thorough market research and financial analysis brings value to investment collaborations. Prior to Franklin Street, Mr. Rubin served as Director of Acquisitions for American Landmark Apartments, one of the fastest growing multifamily apartment property owners in the nation having closed transactions valued at over $2.5 billion. He also held commercial real estate investment sales roles with Ocwen Financial Corporation and Marcus & Millichap, completing transactions that totaled over 25,000 units during his career. Mr. Rubin received his Master of Science degree in Real Estate and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Florida. He earned the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation and is a licensed real estate salesperson in Florida.
