Joe Nydahl recently joined CBRE’s Portland office as First Vice President of the CBRE Pacific Northwest institutional multifamily investment sales team. Joe joins us with over 12 years of experience in the multifamily industry, including an array of expertise in acquisitions, deposition, real estate development and project management. He has established himself in the multifamily arena of Oregon, Washington, and Idaho as an accomplished investment sales professional with a diverse skillset and world-class development experience.
Prior to joining CBRE, Joe worked at Berkadia as Director in their Portland office, brokering over a dozen multifamily land sales and over $1 billion in real estate investment sales. Joe began his career at Gerding Edlen, spending eight years as a project manager for multiple multi-housing projects in Washington, Oregon, and California.
