About
Joseph McLaughlin is the Founder and Managing Partner of Capstone Realty Advisors. During a real estate career spanning over a decade, Joe has represented tenants on over one million square feet of transactions by compiling a tenant roster that includes tech startups, non-profits, financial services institutions, architectural firms, and prominent media companies. A number of these transactions are based on cultivating long-term relationships and generating repeat business from clients through relocations and referrals. Mr. McLaughlin has taken the Capstone brand from its start-up phase in 2005 to one of New York’s leading tenant representation organizations. Joe’s notable transactions have included Daily Motion’s New York headquarters, Lot18’s sublease and relocation of 20,000 square feet, and office centers for America Works across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. Prior to founding Capstone, Mr. McLaughlin worked for several years at the Kaufman Organization and Newmark Knight Frank as a leasing specialist. In his spare time, Joe enjoys playing guitar, driving classic cars, and spending time with his boxer Cody.
