About
Joe has been in the retail leasing business for over 15 years representing and consulting with retailers and owners in the greater NYC market. He oversees the growth and development of the Tri-State area for the company in Manhattan. He has many national and international relationships and has been responsible for the expansion of The Dartmouth Company’s growth into the Tri-state area from Boston. Joe has worked on the expansion strategies for such retailers such as Life Time Athletic, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Stop & Shop, Chipotle, Barnes & Noble, Compass, Indochino, Snipes, National Amusements. He has represented some of the best in class institutional landlords in New York City and the suburbs such as SL Green, Vornado, RFR Realty, Centurion, L3 Capital, Carpenter & Company, Brixmor, PGIM, JTRE and Summit Realty & Development.
Joe is a native New Yorker and received a BA from the Stonehill College and MS at Boston University. He resides in Katonah, NY with his wife Andrea and two daughters. Away from the office Joe enjoys golf, baseball, football, fishing, traveling and spending time with his large Italian family.
