About

For over 18 years Joe Leavitt has been a leader in the Commercial Real Estate industry in Nevada. You may know him from his time at Lee & Associates from 2004-2013 and can be credited with becoming a Shareholder in 2011. He currently represents numerous clients specializing in the following, Capital Markets, development companies building ground up construction, property assemblages, business relocations involving tenant or buyer representation. He also represents many landlords with leasing their commercial real estate. Past clients include the likes of American Homes for Rent (AMH), Lexus of Las Vegas, Rebel Oil Company, Dermody Properties and many more. Joe began his commercial real estate career in 2004 at the age of 20 while attending the University of Nevada, Las Vegas full-time, pursuing his degree in business management and real estate. Prior to joining Avison Young, Joe was a Vice President, Shareholder, and Partner of the Las Vegas office of Lee & Associates. Joe joined Avison Young in 2013 and nn 2018 was promoted to Principal.
