I've been blessed with the favor of others & an unlimited amount of energy/drive to do all I can for my family, community, & friends. I have been selling homes & loans since 1997. I have owned and operated Green Team Realty as the principal broker for 20+ years. In closing hundreds of homes & loans while helping countless families, I've been able to form lasting relationships that have changed my life. In addition to running my own business and being the sole income of my family, I have served my community in several capacities. I currently am elected as a Council Member in the City of Vista, Ca. and have been since 2016. This position has allowed me to gain intimate knowledge and perspective on the; development, entitlement, commercial financing, building, snd general planning of municipalities. I am a sponge for knowledge. One of my favorite things to tell our community is "Readers are Leaders, and Leaders are learners". I have been married for 24+ years (2022) to my wife Jennifer and have 4 children. Emalee 24, Laney 22, Alissa 20, & Joey 16. in 2021 I became a grandpa, I am currently/have been employed/served in the following capacities;
