Joanne C. Williams is a Vice President for Debt & Structured Finance in Philadelphia. She is responsible for underwriting and originating commercial real estate transactions for life insurance companies, agencies, banks, conduit lenders and other third party capital sources in the Philadelphia region and throughout the country.
Prior to joining CBRE, she was an Assistant Vice President/Senior Real Estate Analyst with Berkadia Commercial Mortgage in their Philadelphia Mortgage Banking Office. While at Berkadia, she was responsible for the economic analysis, package submission and overall processing of loan transactions. She began her commercial real estate career as an analyst in the investment sales division of Grubb and Ellis; later moving to mortgage banking with Carey Kramer.
