J.M. Grimaldi, Executive Managing Director of Continental Partners, specializes in commercial debt and equity placement secured by retail, multifamily, office, industrial, seniors housing, self-storage, net-leased and hospitality properties throughout the United States. He joined Continental Partners as Director in 2011, was promoted to Managing Director in 2014, Executive Vice President in 2016 and Executive Managing Director in December 2023. He is responsible for securing debt and equity financing across all product types as well as training, leading and mentoring a team of junior agents. Grimaldi oversees the firm’s annual production north of $500 million along with Paskover. Mr. Grimaldi is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with more than 15 years of brokerage experience.
