Jimmy Ventura is a Senior Managing Director, Operating Advisor at Surmount (formerly NNN Pro). Jimmy joined Surmount in 2010 and currently leads the expansion of the brokerage team throughout the country. Jimmy began his real estate career in 1990 and has sold over 1,000 properties with an aggregate value north of $4 billion. He has been a trusted advisor to numerous high-net-worth individuals and family offices located throughout the United States and Europe. He has also taught 1031 exchange seminars in the New York metropolitan area. Prior to working with Surmount, Jimmy was the President of Massey Knakal Realty Services in NYC, where he led the expansion of the brokerage firm from 50 to 250 people prior to being sold to Cushman & Wakefield. He is also credited with opening Marcus & Millichap’s first New York City office in 1999. Jimmy is an avid thoroughbred racehorse owner and breeder. He is a proud father to his stepson Ryan and stepdaughter McCauley.
