Jimmy Adams joined the Cushman & Wakefield Multifamily Advisory Group as a Vice Chair of the Birmingham office when C&W acquired Multi Housing Advisors (MHA) in 2016. Jimmy helped to establish the firm’s presence in Alabama in 2005, and his Birmingham-based team has closed more than 340 transactions totaling over 65,000 units and $4 billion throughout Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, and the FL Panhandle.
Jimmy is recognized as one of the leading apartment brokers in the Southeast, and is frequently referenced in trade publications and industry journals. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed notable high quality and distressed sales, including portfolios in Birmingham, Mobile, Pensacola, and Little Rock. Jimmy holds a BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
