Jim is a Senior Managing Director and co-office head of the Washington, DC office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience. Jim is primarily responsible for institutional-grade investment advisory transactions throughout the Washington, DC Metro. After starting at HFF in 2007, Jim and the DC investment advisory team completed more than 275 transactions. Prior to HFF, he was an executive director in the Investment Services Group at GVA Advantis. Before that, he was a partner with Morris McNair & Associates, Inc., a boutique brokerage firm specializing in investment sales and tenant advisory services. Prior to that, he was the director of acquisitions for six years with Realty Investment Company, Inc.
