About
Mr. MacDonald brings more the 25 years of experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing to Hutch Management LLC and Simone Development Companies. He started his real estate career in 1985. Throughout his career he has held executive positions for a number of major real estate companies including Cushman & Wakefield, Spiegel Associates (Assistant Director of Leasing), Mack-Cali Realty Trust (Director of Leasing and Acquisitions) and Northeast Equity Management where he served as President and Partner. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Real Estate Finance from Brockport State University as well as an Associate’s Degree in economics from Nassau Community College in Garden City.
