Jim Kornick joined the Washington, DC office of Avison Young as a Principal in November 2011. Jim has more than 30 years of real estate industry experience as a broker, developer and investor. Jim’s focus is on providing investment services for office and medical-office properties. He leads a national medical office sales team and is a dominant medical sales broker in the mid-Atlantic region. His clients include health systems, developers, physician groups and institutional investors. Jim often serves as a speaker at events held by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), Bisnow and other national and local real estate organizations. In the community, he is active with the Alexandria Carpenter’s Shelter and the Capital Area Food Bank.
