Jim Koenig is an Executive Vice President with CBRE. Since joining CBRE in 1985, Jim has been involved in the sale and leasing of more than 206.8 million square feet of industrial space to both users and investors and the sale of over 5,337 acres of land in the Inland Empire. His expertise has been in marketing and disposition of large warehouse/distribution buildings, industrial land, R&D space and multi-tenant industrial parks. His focus has been on the representation of both private and institutional landlords, tenants and on the disposition of investment properties primarily in the Ontario, Corona, Riverside, Redlands and San Bernardino markets. He has also been involved in the planning, development and marketing of several large industrial developments in the Inland Empire industrial market. Over the past 38 years, Mr. Koenig has been responsible for the sale and leasing of major properties in and around the Inland Empire.
