Jim has over 50 years of Commercial real estate experience. From 2000 -2017 Jim was the North Eastern Commercial Real Estate Director for the NRT and Coldwell Banker; training, mentoring and over seeing the activities of more than 450 commercial real estate associates.
He has sucessfully completed transaction for such companies as Schering Plough, Merck, Sterigenics, Syncore & Exxon to name a few. For 25 years Jim owned his company in Union, NJ with his partner, Jim Schoening. Jim ran the Commercial Division and sold and leased space to many notable companies throughout the years. In addition to being a realtor, he was a builder, a graduate of Rutgers university, and the Professional School of Business
