About
Jim arrived at Atlantic in 2001 after working on the retail brokerage team at Spaulding & Slye. His brokerage career began in Philadelphia at Fameco, now part of CBRE. Over the years he has implemented expansion strategies for numerous tenants including Starbucks, Chipotle, Panera Bread, Petco, Five Below and AFC Urgent Care. In addition, he has handled surplus property disposition nationally for Best Buy and Office Depot. Jim is responsible for the leasing of urban and suburban properties such as Longwood Center, Boston and Colony Place, Plymouth.
In late 2017, Jim was named a Principal of Atlantic. He enjoys attending New England Patriots games, boating and the beaches of Cape Cod. He lives in Winchester with his wife, Andria and son.
