About
Jillian is a Senior Director in the Washington D.C. office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas, with over six years of experience in the affordable multi-housing business. Jillian will build JLL’s affordable multi-housing business as part of the production team. She will be primarily responsible for originating debt for affordable multi-housing sponsors nationally, leveraging the JLL platform to provide comprehensive capital markets solutions to her clients. Prior to joining JLL, Jillian was with Freddie Mac, most recently as a Production Manager on the agency’s affordable multi-housing team. In this role, she consistently worked with the top three accounts for the largest affordable housing lender by loan funding. Jillian also served as a mentor for the Project Destined program. This social impact platform provides financial literacy, entrepreneurship and real estate training to diverse students, and plans to continue working with the program.
