As a Senior Vice President in CBRE’s advisory and transaction practice, Jill Goubeaux has over 30 years’ of experience in commercial real estate in the Washington metropolitan area and specializes in representing some of the most prominent landlords and owners in the region. She has expertise in commercial leasing and a fundamental understanding of the complexities that have emerged in transactions and the commercial real estate industry at large, due to major shifts in the social environment, technological advancements, sustainability and wellness, and the business landscape. Ms. Goubeaux is a member and has served on the board of directors of DC CREW, Northern Virginia NAIOP, and CREBA. She has also served as a board member of the Arlington Real Estate Group and is Past President of the Board of Directors for the Ballston Business Improvement District. Ms. Goubeaux is also involved in multiple philanthropic organizations.
