Prior to joining CBRE’s Capital Markets, Industrial & Logistics Services, Jessica was CBRE’s Director of Research and Analysis for the Colorado region (2013 to 2016). In this role she generated market insight and intelligence to support defensible decision making for CBRE professionals and clients. With expert discernment in market trends and key regional dynamics, Jessica anticipated opportunities and provided strategic analysis for all asset classes.
