Jessica Ochoa is a Senior Vice President in CBRE’s Houston office with the Investor Leasing team. Along with partners, she is responsible for the marketing and leasing of 5 million square feet of Class A office buildings in the CBD, Energy Corridor, and West Loop submarkets of Houston. During her career, Jessica has gained extensive experience in leasing new office developments, redevelopment projects, multi-building projects, and trophy assets throughout the Houston area. Jessica’s attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and creative marketing and leasing strategy implementation have enabled her to successfully achieve her clients’ leasing objectives. Prior to joining CBRE in 2021, Ms. Ochoa served as a Senior Vice President within the Agency Leasing group at JLL and Cassidy Turley. Prior to that, Ms. Ochoa was with CBRE for 10 years. where she began her real estate career.
