Jess is responsible for sourcing and acquiring assets for the Opportunity Fund in North Texas. He will play a significant role in the ongoing growth of the company’s Fund portfolios and execution of investment strategies in our newest geographic location. Jess has nine years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and joins Partners from WRC Advisors, where he served as Director of Acquisitions. At WRC, he was responsible for sourcing investment opportunities, developing broker and owner relationships, and performing market research.
