He has successfully handled his clients’ real estate requirements in more than 250 transactions totaling more than 2.5 million square feet. Jerrod fosters client relationships through his soft, high-touch approach coupled with grit and tenacity. Experience Jerrod brings over 15 years of commercial real estate experience in all aspects of tenant representation. He has also worked in both Landlord and Industrial representation which enables him to understand commercial real estate holistically. Before joining JLL in 2018, he spent five years as a Senior Vice President with CBRE, which was preceded by MetroNational Corporation where he was responsible for leasing a 4 million s.f.
