Jerome Ettinger is president and managing broker of Ettinger Realty, Ltd., formerly Hallmark & Johnson Properties, Ltd., which he co-founded in 1979. During his forty-year career, he has personally sold in excess of $400,000,000 of commercial real estate. As managing broker, he has hired and trained numerous brokers. Collectively they have been involved in billions of dollars of real estate transactions, including apartment buildings, retail storefronts, office buildings, industrial properties, development land, restaurants, churches,special-use properties, and commercial leases. In addition, he oversees the company’s management portfolio of multi-family, office and retail properties. Jerry’s experience and knowledge have been a tremendous benefit to the clients he has served.
