Jeremy believes that actions without meaning in Massachusetts commercial real estate are worthless. After a trip to West Africa while studying for his Ph.D., Jeremy concluded that we make significant impacts on our lives, families, and communities by having meaningful interactions with one another.
That’s why Jeremy’s committed to providing meaningful results for people invested in commercial real estate. Jeremy has been involved in over 750 commercial real estate transactions, has advised clients nationally and internationally, and ultimately founded MANSARD on November 1, 2007. Jeremy is also an active part of the CCIM Network. In 2011, Jeremy served as the President of the New England CCIM Chapter and is the 2010 Recipient of the Susan B. Groeneveld Award of Excellence awarded by the CCIM Institute.
He is one of Banker & Tradesman’s New Leaders of 2009 and is also on of 85 commercial real estate instructors for the CCIM Institute (14,000 members world-wide) where he teaches Financial Analysis for Commercial Real Estate and Market Analysis for Commercial Real Estate.
