Jenny Reznik

Jenny Reznik has been a licensed Real Estate broker in New York for over 20 years and currently owns and operates the boutique Real Estate firm, Pomona Malone Inc. (PxM), based in Brooklyn, NY. She is a Brooklyn native.

As an industry veteran of 500+ transactions totaling over $12MM, she has successfully represented commercial and residential landlords along with select individual tenants in various capacities across the entire spectrum of Real Estate services and solutions. PxM is currently managing over 50 properties throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn on behalf of its portfolio of clients.

Jenny’s professional experience includes residential and commercial Real Estate design and development with a focus on challenging use-of-space planning. Having completed ground-up construction, gut renovations, budgeting, build-outs, interior design and purchasing, she is an expert in bringing architectural plans to life using value-engineering methodology and budget oriented execution.
