Jennifer Ogden is a Senior Director in Avison Young’s New York office focusing on tenant representation.
Jennifer works with a wide variety of companies, from early-startups to large corporations, law firms and not-for-profit organizations. Her creative approach and dedication to client service has enabled her to structure customized real estate solutions that align with an organization’s culture, business operations and functional goals.
The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) recently honored Jennifer and her team with the prestigious Edward S. Gordon Memorial Award for arranging a complex series of sales on behalf of three 19th Century New York City not-for-profit organizations—Jan Hus Presbyterian Church, Church of the Epiphany and Weill Cornell Medical College.
Prior to joining Avison Young, Jennifer was a Senior Vice President of Cushman & Wakefield for three years, where she was a member of the Not-for-Profit Practice Group. Before that, she was a Vice President with CBRE for three years.
Before entering commercial real estate, Jennifer spent 10 years in finance, as a banker and high-yield bond analyst.
