JENNIFER EGGERT joined ORION in 2016 as Vice President, specializing in retail leasing in both Landlord and Tenant Representation. While at ORION she has been very active on the leasing side, while also expanding into sales of both single tenant and multi-tenant retail properties. She has built a portfolio of loyal clients who rely on her to provide them with current market happenings, deep knowledge of competing properties and strong negotiation skills. These accomplishments have led to her being named as a 2020 AZ Business Leader in Retail Brokerage by AZ Big Media.
Jennifer began her career in commercial real estate in 2004 at Retail Brokers, Inc., where she mainly focused on the leasing of second generation centers. There, Jennifer worked for a single Landlord whose portfolio included over 1 million square feet of retail space in the Phoenix metro area, where she increased occupancy levels by 25% during her tenure and consistently won the award for most square footage leased every quarter.
