Mr. Resnick's real estate career spans five decades. He is considered one of the most successful and recognized commercial brokers in the United States. His real estate activities began as a commercial broker with the Beverly Hills office of Coldwell Banker (now CBRE), where he spent eleven years as a producer consistently ranking in the top five percent of the organization. He holds the distinction of being Coldwell Banker's number one salesperson nationwide in 1982, achieving the highest gross sales and leasing commissions of over 4,000 brokers.
