Jeffrey Prezant has been a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Brokerage Services Group since 1999, and is active in the Office, Health Care and Data Center specialties. Jeffrey is currently responsible for tenant and landlord agency and representation assignments throughout the New Jersey/New York office market and is a member of the firm’s Healthcare Practice Group, Tenant Advisory Group, and Data Center Advisory Group.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Jeffrey was Senior Vice President of a top Northern New Jersey office and industrial firm, where he worked for 22 years.
Jeff carries the CCIM designation and has served on many charitable committees. Jeff lives in Bergen County, NJ with his wife Elana and three children.
