Jeffrey is a Senior Managing Director in the New York City office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has 20+ years of experience in commercial real estate. He is primarily responsible for institutional and private client investment advisory and equity placement transactions throughout the northeastern United States with a focus on New York City. He leads the NYC institutional multi-housing team and is is a member of the JLL National Multi-Housing Leadership Team. During the course of his career, Jeffrey has been involved in more than $15BB+ in commercial real estate transactions. Jeffrey started at HFF in May 2004. Before that, he worked as a financial analyst at Keating Development.
